On February 19, the East Asia Culture Center(EACC) and the National Council of Youth Organizations in Korea (NCYOK) signed a mutual cooperation agreement aimed at creating an environment where youth and young people in South Korea can grow into global leaders who lead Asia. The agreement also focuses on discovering cultural values that will lead a new era among East Asian countries, fostering proper awareness, and promoting various forms of mutual exchange. The event was attended by key figures from both organizations, including Ro Jae-hun, President of the East Asia Culture Center, and Ko Myung-jin, President of the National Council of Youth Organizations in Korea.

In the future, the two organizations plan to actively collaborate in a variety of areas, including joint projects for their respective objectives, educational and capacity-building efforts for youth, young people, and leaders, and international exchanges for promoting cultural exchange, research, policy development, and academic exchange.
