One Asia Forum held successfully, advancing Asian cooperation through harmonious coexisten

On the evening of the 23rd, the first One Asia Forum wassuccessfully held at the KG Building in Seoul. The theme  of this forum is "Harmonious Coexistence between South   Korea, China, and Japan, Promoting Asian Cooperation in the Future ". Representatives from South Korea, China, and Japan delivered speeches and discussions.


Co-organizer ALC has been hosting various cultural events, including the successful “Asia Liquor Festival (ALF)” in May, which aimed to create a platform for continuous collaboration among Asian youth in the fields of culture, economy, and more. Their goal is to foster harmony and cooperation among Asian countries and further develop the charm and values of Asia.

Ro Jae-hun, President of the East Asia Culture Center and Chairman of ALC, delivered a welcome speech, while Jeong Byeong-guk, Chairman of the National Commission for Culture and Arts, delivered a congratulatory speech. Korean actor Jung Joon-ho; Tim Tse, President of Roosevelt Club China; and Japanese broadcaster, Saori Fujimoto, represented their respective countries and gave speeches.

Jung Joon-ho stated, “Cooperation using a cultural approach between Korea, China, and Japan is important.” He also emphasized, “Since culture is able to transcend the boundaries of time and space, and East Asia is in center of the cultural Silk Road, it is necessary to share and become open to the role of East Asia and its cultures.

Tim Tse, representing the Roosevelt Club, shared with the guests present his contribution as a representative of the Roosevelt Club to promoting cultural and economic exchanges between China and the West.

Saori Fujimoto delivered a lecture on the theme of "Despite Language Barriers, We Can Do Anything If We Have the Same Purpose and Respect for Each Other." As a current sign language artist, she also gave a performance titled, "Different Type of Sound" before her lecture.



After the speech, representatives from various countries   had discussions and interactions with the on-site attendees.In the second stage of the event, Guo Hui'en, the representative director of E-Daily M who served as media supportfor this forum, delivered a congratulatory message and theattending guests tasted famous wines from various countries for friendly exchanges.
